Before sending anything back
Please contact Pusu Atelier with your order details and photographs of the item where relevant. Do not send a piece back before receiving return instructions from us.
Eligibility
Return eligibility depends on the condition of the item and whether it was made or altered for a particular brief. Any assessment is made against the order details and the condition in which the piece is received.
Repairs and care
For a piece that needs attention after use or transit, contact us with clear photographs and a description of the issue. We will advise on the appropriate next step for that item.
